I just purchased a 2010 Genesis from Discover Hyundai and it was started over the internet sales web site. I shopped all the dealers in AZ including one in my home town and and settled on Discover because of the servicer and respect I received over the phone with the GM Frank. I walked out of 2 other dealers as what they promised over the phone/internet was not what I got when I came into the dealers. My husband and I can not express to you how great this dealership is. We purchased a brand new 2009 Santa Fe Limited in February 2010, and we have to admit that we had the greatest experience when purchasing this car. Got my Hyundai Sonata 4dr Auto GLS with the Pkg of Rims, auto-dimming lights and power seats because the car was available in the Color I wanted....Also I liked the fact that Discover Hyundai utilized the USAA and Costco pricing sheets with the discounts available to look at prior to going to the dealership and sitting down with a sales person.....

I appreciate the follow up after purchase. I bought my car through a Arizona Fleet Services. The fleet company worked with Discover Hyundai to get the car I wanted. Given that I did not actually go to the dealership in person, they have been so great with taking ownership of the sale. I also am so impressed that Discover Hyundai has provided my car with free oil changes for 5 years! Wow, that is great! This was the most pleasant car buying experience we ever had, and we were dreading shopping for a car. The people were friendly, helpful and we got our deal. Our car was ready as promised. We were especially happy with the free oil changes for 5 years. We will definitely recommend this dealer!

mostly a positive experience..price and/or other incentives could have been better i think the interest rate could have been lower it appears that after driving car awhile that gas mileage will not be as i expected really cannot rate customer service as we haven't had car long enough

In today's economy I feel customer service isn't a top priority and I have dealt with places I will never visit again due to bad customer service. That's why I wanted to take a moment to say that when I came in for service last week, I was helped by Adam Rodriguez and he was wonderful to deal with.
