Drew helped us when no one else could We had a lease with a competitor within three months of the due date and already over mileage. When we tried to visit that competitor to negotiate a new deal for the latest model, the prices they were quoting were insane, and they actually let us walk away. easy going and good value = a win I used Amex car service to find a price for the vehicle I was looking for. B i'll Johnson helped me look the vehicle over an take a test ride. The first price pkg all in seemed high so he offered advice on leasing the same car and came up with as nice monthly price. Great customer service We (my husband and I) initially got our certificate with True Car and was assigned to Tristan. When we came in we asked for Tristan and waited for about 10 minutes before asking for him again. That's when they sent Drew over instead. Drew has a good sense of humor, if you like that you will like him. We already knew which car we wanted, so we just needed to test drive it and make sure we worked out the numbers for the trade and new car payment.
