New Tucson Purchased a new Tucson at Earnhardt. Jay was my salesman. It could not have been a better experience. I felt comfortable the whole time. No pressure at all. Such an awesome experience! This was my first "car buying experience" and everyone had warned me about how pushy sales staff at dealerships can be. Great experience and customer service My wife and I just bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from Earnhardt Scottsdale, Our sales rep, Jay Schaeffer, was extremely knowledgeable and did not employ the stereotypical pushy sales tactics. He was truly vested in what the best option was for us, not what would be the highest value for him or the dealership.
