Wonderful experience from start to finish! At the last moment, I happened upon Earnhardt Hyundai. I had already selected another car at another dealership and a friend said "no let's try here these guys are great." Great was understatement. Christoper Dixon, my sales associate, was very knowledgeable and progressional. Jamie in finance can't be beat. In fact everyone I dealt with made the car buying experience a blast! Great Customer Service Overall! I have to applaud the team here for their exceptional customer service throughout my vehicle purchasing process. Good experience at North Scottsdale Ian started the process with me and James jumped in to answer all my questions and introduce me to the New Tucson. Very patient and could speak to me at my level. Good experience with all the people at this location. No pressure and very helpful.

No Hassle No pressure, Bill Johnson and Jim Tonelli probed just enough to find my wants and needs. I have have purchased (7) Hyundai's from this dealership and every time I walk in to Earnhardt I'm treated like family. Tony Femiano the General Sales Manager is one of the hardest workers and nicest guys I have ever met. I keep coming back because Tony and his staff are a pleasure to work with. I hate car shopping but working with Chris Dixon was painless. Chris followed through with the installation of the roof racks a few days later. The rest of the staff were easy to work with as well.
