Do your homework and be willing to walk away. Knew exactly what I wanted when I got there. Just a matter of price. Didn't test drive as I had already driven several other cars of the same model. Asked for a bottom line cash price on car, which they gave me. After leaving dealership for another appointment I got a phone call 10 minutes later telling me that they would give me an "internet quote". none from the time we were met by the salesman everything went very well. I thought my wife was going to have all the cars out to look at. the salesman was very patient with her. more patients than I have. all In all it was a very good time.

Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale was a GREAT Experience!! My girlfriend and myself walked into the dealership and were greeted fairly quickly. We sat with a Mr. Chris Dixon. Professional and great customer service Drew made our deal without any pressure or hassle. My husband wanted a new car, I dreaded going along as I have been exposed to some pretty nasty and pressure filled exchanges. Amazing customer service I was dreading trading in my car because of the finance haggle that usually ensues. I did some research online and knew I really wanted the Hyundai Genesis.
