Food was great but wait staff are not following rules for masks. We wore ours upon entering and leaving as requested by signage. Our waitress had one on for initial table visit then removed and never wore again. Two other that checked on us for beverages had their masks down below chin. (No coverage of mouth or nose) If 13 Bones cannot adhere to requirements of Phase II they should not be serving via their dining area.
