My dad came up there ate at your restaurant and all I have heard about is how nasty your food is we are a big barbecue ribs eating people and all he talked about is how nasty your ribs are and for him to say that it must’ve been really nasty And we have been looking forward to going now I don’t think I am sorry

Had to wait but we'll worth it. Waitress was very prompt and friendly.
I have eaten at 13 Bones several times recently and love the lunch menu however I've been disappointed the last two visits. I ordered spaghetti on the first visit which comes with a side salad and roll or hushpuppies. I asked if they could substitute Texas Toast for the roll/hushpuppies however I was told they didn't have Texas Toast... The second visit, I checked the menu and specifically found mention of Texas Toast in regards to a specific sandwich. Could not feel safe having lunch at 13 Bones. Kitchen and wait staff not following safety guidelines of wearing masks over mouth and nose. Like the restaurant, but not enough to ignore safety guidelines! Mask over mouth only is not protection! Even when we politely reminded two wait staff to wear masks over both nose and mouth, no change in practice. We must all be diligent in our safety practices!

As much as we appreciate your concern and business , our staff has been following guidelines. Our kitchen staff is working in 100 plus degrees over a grill. They are allowed to pull down their mask for fresh air so they don’t pass out. Covid19 cannot be transmitted through food. Our staff takes appropriate precautions to serve food safely.
