My family and I ate here yesterday and there was a mix up with our food. They went above and beyond to make it right. We never complained or said anything about it. The manager came to us and explained what was going on and as I said went above and beyond to make it right!! I highly recommend 13 Bones!!! Great food and amazing staff!!
Loved the Ribs, Blackened Salmon and the Blackened Chicken salad! During COVID-19, they can only serve To-Go through the drive-thru. Visited twice in a week, while staying at local campground. DELICIOUS

ordered meal online (pre ordered) meal was not ready at pickup time and my son-in-law called while in line and was hung up on !!this was for my mother's day meal !!VERY disappointed !!!
Advertised Mother's Day special to call 24 hours in advance. Came to pick up at 12:20. It's 1:34 and no food. Came out and said they were unorganized and they did not start cooking until 12. Additionally they had their drive through open which made it even more unorganized. Poorly run. Surprised they are still in business. We won't be back.
We order on line , since being isolated in Fancy Gap KOA , this was our third time ordering online , food is ready when we get there and is absolutely delicious. 😋
