I love this nail salon. I used to work in the area and now live about 20 minutes away but I take the time to drive to marina del rey to get my nails done here because they do such a good job. Plus the plaza is right on the water so you can get your nails done with an ocean view ! The staff is so friendly and so good at nails. Highly recommend to everyone! Plus there’s a sushi spot and Alfred coffee in the plaza . They validate your parking . Also a Sephora and Trader Joe’s nearby for errands!

My experience here was horrible. I walked in with an exact photo of the very simple jade design and Rose, the girl helping me, said she could do it. First she tells me it’s an $8 charge for cuticle cleaning which is the bare minimum of a manicure. Then she proceeds to seek my approval for every single move she made on my nails which felt like I was overseeing a construction project. I’ve been coming here loyally for over a year, but unfortunately the last few visits have been disappointing. Despite having an appointment, there’s often a wait, and the quality has noticeably declined. I’ve had to come back twice recently—once because my nails were uneven and bumpy, and another time because one popped off just a day after getting them done. Both scenarios took over an hour to resolve. I’m not sure what changed, but the consistency just isn’t there anymore. I won’t be back.
