Terrible! This place is awful. The nail techs are rude and discourteous and the management is untrustworthy. I’m no longer a customer; but, I’ve been charged different prices at different times and when I questioned the extra fees, there was always an answer that made no sense. I went several times, but never felt comfortable as a customer. The final straw was when the nail tech was yelling at me because I wasn’t happy with the way she was filing my toe nails. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BE AWARE OF CLIPPING AND SCAMMING: I would give -0 stars if I could. Came in for a full set + pedicure I was quoted $70 for my gel full set (which is supposed to include cuticle cleaning because it's a "FULL SET" service. and also I was quoted about $30 for a pedicure, which is actually $48 for a gel Pedi. Horrible! Not professional rushed. 15 minute mani. Do not waste your time! Tech filed my nails down sooo much the nail bed bled and hurts. With that view it should be relaxing, instead a very stressful experience!
I recently moved to LA and was looking for a new nail salon. I called here ahead of time to confirm pricing since I already had dip gel on my nails. Over the phone, they quoted me $65 to get them redone and assured me there would be no extra charge for remova/redo. When I came in for my appointment, the nail tech immediately got frustrated, saying dip takes too long to remove and that she would need to charge me extra. I have been here a few times before and it was wonderful service, so much so that I have switched from my previous salon to this one because of this. Unfortunately, I went last Thursday and it was not a good experience. When I first arrived the receptionist was not there and once she got there she greeted the person before me but once that person was out of the way, I stood there waiting just to confirm that I was there for my 6pm appt.
