Terrible management , won’t fix things and then blame you for the damages there when you moved in so they can keep your deposit . They also keep corporate address and phone number a secret . Wonder why?
New manager. Kept $100 of my deposit even though Me and my friend cleaned that apartment better than I found it, charged me for things I listed on the “move in “ list. They couldn’t find the list in my file in spite of the fact that I couldn’t get my mailbox key until I returned the move in list. I hope the people living in the apartments get their deposits back when they move out. If they did this to me,,,I was never late to pay rent ... I cleaned it !!!! Disappointed and $100 lost.

Emergency maintenance is a lie. Have tried to call them 2 times this month for separate serious plumbing/flooding issues and no one ever came. My sink is currently full of sewage. The smell is horrible. I have called them 3 times, twice last night at 9 pm and 10 pm and just 30 minutes ago. I left voicemails each time. I'm horrified and upset. Pictures of the water damage on my blinds from 2 weeks ago and my sink today.
Since April 2019 my apartments have had an on and off issue of having the old food and water from the garbage disposal coming up through the double sinks, over flowing onto my kitchen counter tops and onto my floor leading to my dining area. When the issue first occurred in April it took them 4 days to until a plumber was brought out to the property, during which I was either late or missed work having to combat the water and food from spreading and trying to clean what it ha...
