These apartments have went downhill. I don't recommend because of the lack of professionalism. I can't upload photos but there's trash EVERYWHERE. DOGS RUNNING LOOSE. DOGS DEFACTING EVERYWHERE ND THERES NO COMMUNITY RULES BEING ENFORCED. I would truly suggest looking elsewhere unless you like living in unkept conditions and stepping in dog poop that's EVERYWHERE 4 yrs ago. BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPE. This is the best apartments we’ve ever lived in! Tonya manages them as if those most precious to her lived here & the maintenance staff takes care of things quickly & right the first time! If you’re looking for a place to live, they typically have awesome move in specials! (Also, they have community events that are a lot of fun!)
I haven't lived at Chapel Ridge very long, but I will say we love being here and enjoy the atmosphere. Great neighbors! The staff is wonderful!
Best place I have ever lived! Manager is great and maintenance is on point!
I love my apartment and so do my kids. It's a wonderful place to live.
Spacious apartment and the office staff is amazing! Love that there are lots of kids my girls can play with.
