Great experience, purchased my Fiances rings online. I found out after I ordered, my fiance wanted a oval stone instead of square. They were able to refund me and help me find a diamond in a similar cut and clarity to my previous purchase. Also was an easy process to send the ring back for resizing.
This is a fraudulent business. I purchased a bracelet , charged me 2300 usd and NEVER sent it. They claimed that my address was not valid which is not true and when I asked for the reimbursement they refused saying that the bank did not allow this so I asked to send my order and they refused that the order was cancelled so they have my money but they can’t send it. Rude customer service
We are in love with our ring. Used a diamond detector and beeps for a diamond. Shipping took 3 weeks, had to pay taxes at the border. Definitely get a lot of looks and compliments. We are very pleased with our ring.
