Excellent neighbourhood but poorly managed building, especially over the last 3-5 years. Lots of money spent on improving curb appeal when there are serious structural issues that need fixing. All the windows leak cold air. Management is aware of this, as they installed monitors in the units to measure cold airflow around 4 years ago but have not fixed the windows ever since. This is what they did to us on Move-In day!!! So imagine how living here is. Stay away. Update: Well not only on move in day, there are multiple issues in this building. Evidence will be posted soon.
