Poor customer service. I placed an order, they duplicated it and aren't willing to cover the shipping back to them, saying it was my error. Plenty of other business out there with exceptional customer service....sadly 123 Stitch isn't one of them.
I love this place! I live in a small town with no craft stores nearby. I am a stamp and die addict. I am always able to find exactly what I am looking for here. I love that I can search by theme or company. A very happy Customer!
I don't have a local needleshop. So 123 Stitch is my go to store for everything I need. I purchase all my cross stitch supplies, charts, etc from them, as well as stamps for my card making. The staff is very friendly & always ready to help. My orders arrive quickly unless stated on the website that it will ship later. I've never, ever had a problem with them & recommend 123 Stitch to all my crafty friends. Been a loyal customer for several years!
1-2-3-Stitch always seems to have what I need, or be le to get it for me. We don't have a local fine needlework store where I live and it's great to go online and order what I want. OK, sometimes the mail takes a while to get here (in Australia) but everything is well packaged and my orders complete. Thanks 1-2-3 Stitch!
I buy all my cross stitch supplies from this company and I think they are great! Once they sent me something with my order that I had not purchased and when I called and offered to send it back to them they said to "keep it with their compliments". Really nice company to do business with. I would recommend them highly.
I ordered 5 cross stitches and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive and they got here in 4 weeks. When I ran out of thread they sent a replacement in good time and now that all my cross stitches are complete they look just as amazing as they did on the website
123 stitch rocks...order placed Sunday 11/13...email on 14th that it was shipped. ..received today....awesome service...love u guys!!!!
Always have gotten everything super quickly. I made an error on an order once and they not only contacted me and fixed it quickly, they still got the order out in the same time frame they'd said before the error. Really nice people and great customer service.
