I placed an order yesterday morning and it was shipped the same day.
I placed an order which took a week to get to me. Which was fine however, when I opened opened my package all excited to get started on my project I noticed my Aida Fabric looked smaller than what I ordered. I called and was told they would get the correct one shipped to but it'd take another week. Not happy it should be overnighted or priority shipped to me to try to make up for the mistake. I placed my first order with this company just recently. I completed a survey at the end of the purchase and one of the questions was: was there anything you looked for that you couldn't find with us? Within a day or two a lovely person by the name of Cherie had emailed me confirming that they don't sell what I was looking for, that they confirmed with their suppliers that they don't stock it either AND THEN went even further to find me alternate businesses where I might be able to shop and included links to connect me with ... read more

I just discovered Nora Corbett and it's been over 20 years since I did x-stitch. I never did it on this level but I bought a pattern and found out I need a lot of Mill Hill beads & treasures plus Krenik, etc. I don't have a nearby store to shop at and discovered 123. I have placed two orders so far and they have been quick at shipping and nothing was mising. I love being able to find most of the stuff I need in one place. I just placed a third order and it will be here next week.
Love this store! Have gotten my cross stitch supplies from 1-2-3 Stitch for over 10yrs and have never had a issue with my orders!
