In all of my three visits, I’ve not had a good experience with the service. The nail tech was cranky with me over my design choice and kept making me feel like I am inconveniencing him (I was willing to pay for the design). I mentioned in my appointment request that I intended to get catseye nails and the appointment was accepted. But at the appointment, I was told off for having booked a late evening slot and wanting catseye. Came for pedicures with a friend and we couldn't believe how clean the salon was! These were the best pedicures we have ever received and we can't wait to return. The staff was great and accommodated a 7:00pm appointment on a weeknight for us. We did not feel rushed and they checked in multiple times to ensure we were happy with our service. 10/10 I am back a year later to add to my review!
