I went to 1213 hair salon for hair locks hair extensions. Kelly Hopkins was my stylist. My experience was terrible. Kelly placed the bonds in and they looked great for about one week. Then within a month or let's say two weeks the hair started shedding drastically. The hair looked awlful. I went back to Kelly complaining about this and she just brushed it off stating it was my " poor home care" Are you kidding me? And offered nothing to fix the problem. At the very least she should have taken out the bonds. But, she did not.... read more

I used the team at 1213 for my wedding and they were amazing! I had my mind set on keeping my hair down for the wedding, but a rainy weekend changed my plans. Kelly and her team created the most gorgeous relaxed and romantic updos. We got so many compliments and, best of all, our hair looked gorgeous and stayed secure until we took it out that night! Highly recommend to any picky bride looking for a killer team!

Josh is the best!!! I had waist length hair and went to someone else to get 6 inches off- that somehow turned into the most dreadful shoulder length cut ever. I came to josh and decided I wanted a pixie cut- something I had always wanted to try. He consulted me about how much work I'm willing to put into my hair which was such a nice change from someone ignoring me when I say I'm not good with tools.
