Good people .The management team at 1211 Goodfellow Rd is praised for being attentive, professional, and quick to respond to tenant needs.
Jordan was amazing from the first phone call, he was beyond helpful through the entire process. He was always available to answer questions and help with anything. Within a few days of him showing me the apartment, I am now ready to move in. 😊 thank you so much for everything Jordan!!
Nice
Drove 2 hours to see an apartment only to get ghosted. The building isn't very nice either. Not worth what they are charging.
Been here 25 years and each management company is worse than the last. Repairs never get addressed, parking lot is never maintained in winter, started taking my laundry else where because the machines are rarely cleaned. Would give 0 stars if I could.
