Dr, Baese and his team are great! This was my first visit to 12 South Dental Studio. The team was courteous, professional and very easy to deal with in regard to the set-up process (paperwork). Holly was my hygienist and my introduction to the practice. She was thorough, gentle and put me as ease immediately. The practice is clean, updated with state-of-the-art equipment, including two flat screen TV's and the music of you choice played to make the whole experience as comfortable aspossible for a Dental office. . Staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Baese is a kind and caring dentist.
After going to dentists who were only after my money, it's refreshing to go to someone who's honest and straight with you. I also liked the Pandora station!
Best experience I've had at a Nashville dentist! I felt more like I was hanging out with new friends than having my teeth cleaned. I recommend Ashley's dental hygenics whole-heartedly. Be sure to request the Classic R&B Pandora station and hopefully, you'll get to hear "Let It Rip" like I did. #sold
As always, a great experience.
The staff is extremely friendly, and they all made me feel very welcome. I especially liked that the office was small, and I felt like they all took the time to get to know me as both a person and a patient. The dentist really took the time to thoroughly address all of my needs. I would definitely suggest 12 South Dental!
