I could not have had a better experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating from the time I walked in the door. They never missed a beat. Also, they were so relaxed that it did not have the feel of a dentist's office. The setting and decor was so un-clinical feeling. I loved having my favorite music playing in my room and the paraffin wax. Dr. B and staff spent plenty of time with me explaining the procedures that I'm a candidate for. This is definitely my new dentist!

As a new patient, I had a little anxiety when going to the dentist. however, everyone was extremely nice and took extra time to go over my history and current check-up.
The staff at 12South Dental is amazing! So grateful for their services, patient care, and honest practice! The environment is warm and welcoming! They truly care about your health, and take the time to educate you on treatment options and answer questions! Nashville is fortunate to have such a wonderful dental practice!
