The clinicians seemed great, but… when arriving to the women’s housing I realized very quickly the photos I was sent did not match the facility, the housing was incredibly filthy. The property had not been kept up on whatsoever. They had 5-6 women assigned to 1 bathroom, the house I was placed at had not been cleaned in what looked like years. I can’t say enough good things about 12South. I’ve been here for three months, and I came to the PHP/IOP program after detox. They have helped me immensely in my continued recovery. The groups are incredibly helpful and informative. We go on fun outings, and some of my fellow clients have become lifelong friends. My therapist, Matt, always listened and gave great advice, and my case manager, Trevor, was consistently helpful and genuinely cared about my needs. I have a complaint about two workers at the girls house I was staying at they were rude for no reason at times and left a bad taste in my mouth the house I was staying at was okay at first but the bed was filled with dog hair the bed smelled like dog pee and that was never taken care of overall my experience was nice just the workers were a bad part of it especially Camille :)
