Great customer service. We walked in as Justin was walking out leaving for the night. He helped us find 2 vehicles we liked. We came back Saturday to sign papers.He and DJ had everything ready. It was a quick process and so enjoyable. Great team to work with. Highly recommend.

They were amazing! We had our initial visit with Justin and he was so knowledgeable and up front about everything. He was so polite and educated about what he was speaking on. He didn’t push sales on us like most car salesmen, he actually listened to what we wanted and went with what we could find. When we came back, we ended up going a different route and still Justin and Gregg were both so helpful and amazing! We ended up purchasing a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan from them and we couldn’t be happier!
Just purchased a 2013 Escape. All of the guys there were very polite and professional. The few problems that we encountered were taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with our 12 below experience. I really hate car shopping but working with these guys was low stress and painless. They are straightforward, honest, courteous, friendly, helpful and NOT pushy or aggressive. And remember, they have access to more cars than just what you see on their lot. They're part of a company with 5 lots in the Lynchburg area. They hooked us up with a vehicle from one of their other lots. Highly recommend!
