The garage says it closes at 3am on Saturdays but it actually closes at 12am. There’s no workers or proper signage. The after hours phone number is disconnected. I had to look for someone to help me get my car out plus they charge an after hours fee. Terrible business all together.
Price is totally unclear We usually use SpotHero to check the price But this time just use scan the code And park here from Saturday night to Sunday morning charged $39.99 for 18 hours and park from Thursday noon till Saturday noon Only $59.99?? Same time SpotHero showed $26!
Do not park here. They have charged me $200 a month for unreliable access to the garage and a spot. I used to live above the garage in the apartment complex and after struggling with them for 10 months, gave up and moved. I asked about a prorated price since I was leaving mid month and they said “they don’t do that.”
