If I could give it 0 stars I would. The parking spots are terrible. Staff is even worse. They tried to convince me that multiple parking spots are available even though they were all either very tight for a camry or have a column covering the entrance to the spot. Got lucky at the end to get a spot after wasting 30 minutes. I reserved via SpotHero and was guaranteed a spot only to find no viable spot was available. Will never come here again. Waste of $20!
Would give 0 stars if I could. I initially purchased a monthly parking subscription with 11 DuPont through ParkWhiz, which I was then told was invalid. I should’ve known there, but I went ahead and repurchased through Metropolis. No way to exit after parking without walking all the way up the travel ramps, a dangerous situation. This is not clear on their website. This was completely inappropriate for an older member of my party who is recovering from knee surgery.
Scam. Pre-paid using ParkWhiz. Parking pass said "show printed ticket to attendant." Staggeringly rude attendant, who has maybe five words of english, finally got through that "we not accept ParkWhiz." - Incredibly steep ramp; even with AWD I had trouble getting up it. - Spots are very, very narrow. Expect door dings. - Hours on signs do not match, so it's impossible to tell when the garage closes.
Good parking. Be prepared to walk if you end up parking on the lower levels.
