I like it a lot here, super spacious, close to the lake and hiking trails are cool. The pool is huge and tranquil. I like the staff , every time I go in everyone is smiling and they're really helpful even though its always busy. One of the girls always has a treat for my dog. I'll be staying at least another year for sure!
I'm typically the person to never write reviews but my experience with this leasing office was horrific to say the least and would not want other people to experience what I did. The leasing office is very unprofessional starting with the property manager: Shannon. She was rude, biased, and not helpful in resolving the issue at hand. She in her own words "does not want to hear any more about our tenants complaints bc I have a degree and I shouldn't not be dealing with any of this."
