Don't like the fact that tenants MUST HAVE/USE, their cell phone, to open the storage gate instead of the 'old fashioned way', (punching the access code using the keypad to gain access). TIP: Bring your own lock and keys. They say they give customers a FREE lock, HOWEVER, they only give us 1 key, and they keep the other one..... I DO NOT like this system and they don't tell you ahead of time that they keep a key, which is rude and intrusive if you ask me - Then if and when you need your other key, they might provide it if so... read more

10th St. Storage is the Cheapest Place in Greeley for Many Reasons!! Make sure all you store there is worthless, petty junk! With their Dry Rotted Seals that are No Longer Useful to Random Rope Handles Falling Apart, expect the worst. There will be a good Foot or two of Blown in Dirt and Debris. And all without Rain‼️Squatters presumably living & or working/playing in units I’ve observed as well.
