Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs This was my first time hiring a cleaning service and it was hands down one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I booked with 10 Bucks a Room for Wednesday, May 14. The woman on the phone was rude from the jump but I went ahead anyway. Extremely rude and hard to work with, customer service is severely lacking.
I highly recommend this company. When I say work hard this company employee came here under the impression we needed a deep Cleaning. I've been feeling overwhelmed, both my husband and I disabled and have a big Golden Retriever who sheds a lot. When I tell you our house feels like a home for the first time in a long time is putting it mildly She was kind, thoughtful, and thorough.
