Don't waste your money or your time!!
First off I did an initial clean with the intention of getting a deep clean for the bathrooms and the kitchen. She was here for 1.5 hours and didn't clean the outside of the cabinets (the whole reason I got the deep clean) or the windows and window sills at all. The outside of the stove and microwave were streaky - something I fixed in 2m with Windex. Totally not worth it and could do a better job myself in the 1.5 hours it took. Horrible they mop the floor with a old broken rags they ask for your vacuum, garbage bags, windex, paper towels and floor cleaner so I have to supply for them I asked to clean certain areas and she agreed then she said she didn’t have time and needed to go somewhere else I literally begged her to at least sweep and mop the kitchen and one living room Completely unprofessional then when I called the owner she didn’t want to hear me and had a difficult arrogant tone on her voice complete demeanor and disregard I have used this... read more

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs This was my first time hiring a cleaning service and it was hands down one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I booked with 10 Bucks a Room for Wednesday, May 14. The woman on the phone was rude from the jump but I went ahead anyway.
