I lived here for 6 months while I finished out my fall semester at UT. The location was amazing! Literally a 2 minute walk from the 656 stop or about 7 minutes from the 7 bus stop. I loved how close it was to everything I needed, yet it felt tucked away along all the other avenues. As for the actual studio, it was 400 square feet.
