I lived here from 2017 - 2023 and while living here this company went through 3 managements teams. Renea at first acts like a sweetheart until it’s time for you to move out and then her true colors comes out. To all the new tenants be prepared to see a different side of her once yall move out. The reviews are true!
I rented from this company for two years and found the duplex to be a lovely, decently priced place. I had no issues with the property management until I moved out. That’s when their facade dropped, and I experienced a gross lack of professionalism from the property manager. I contacted her regarding the deductions from my security deposit.
