Believe the negative reviews. Stayed in these apartments for over 5 years. When I left, they charged for items that should have been considered normal wear and tear, I.e, repainting the entire apartment. They charged for several other items, and when I asked them about it, they claim it was a mistake. In reality, they’re looking for any way they can to keep your deposit. I lived here from 2017 - 2023 and while living here this company went through 3 managements teams. Renea at first acts like a sweetheart until it’s time for you to move out and then her true colors comes out. To all the new tenants be prepared to see a different side of her once yall move out. The reviews are true!
