I have been accustomed to computers since 1983 and have always owned a personal computer since 1995 so I am far from new about computers. Simply stated, 1010 Computers is very professional, honest, and trustworthy. Finding a great computer company is like finding a great Doctor, Auto Mechanic, etc. They are very technically astute but able to convey these technical terms in easy to understand terms for the average joe. Wow -What a great business. Did a great job on my grandson's computer. SO IMPRESSED with 1010 Computers. Greek Squad had the computer for a week and returned it not able to fix. They found the problem and fixed it in days. Reasonable prices and great communications. Thanks Eve Bidosky
I've visited them twice and both visits were exceptional experiences with the owners. I haven't purchased anything yet but will in the very near future. They are well worth the visit. They will without a doubt get my service! Awesome!
I recently dropped off my Dell Laptop for a cracked screen repair and needed a quick turnaround; as i use my laptop for business. I called, got a quote, took it in, and had it back the very next day! Kendall and Brandi dealt with me in an exceptionally professional manner, made sure i understood the process from beginning to end, and treated my laptop as if it were a "newborn baby"! Overall, i was extremely pleased and i will definitely return.
The best pace to take a computer, laptop or tablet. Fixed my laptop quickly and now it runs like new. Provided email updates with each step along the way so I knew what was going on. Great, quick service.
