They are really quite fast with their services and really friendly and returned my computer better than it was.
I went here in 2015 just to fix my laptop screen. They did a scan on my computer and said I had viruses which I wasn't aware of (computer was working fine) but I went ahead and got the "viruses" removed and paid extra money for it. When I get my laptop back, all of my documents and music were gone, along with other folders that had important files. They told me that the files were already corrupted which is bullshit cuz these are folders and files that I used almost everyday. And now I can never get them back. Won't be going... read more
The guys at 1010 did an awesome job with updating my laptop, they were professional and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend them.
