I had my cleaning with Michelle on 11-30-2017. My experience was extremely positive as always. My appointment began at the scheduled time, and Michelle is a pleasure to interact with. She has a friendly disposition and makes you feel at ease.
Provides excellent care in a state of the art facility. Even provide tea and coffee bar for waiting clients. That might seem like a small thing, but it means a lot to traveling, coffee lovers. One can always depend on ones dentist to attend to a needy client, who has some tooth trauma, and a wish to be seen as soon as possible. I happen to have moved sixty five miles away, and still return to Worcester for special service, that cannot be replaced locally.
Dr. Pollack and his assistant made my hour visit very comfortable....Another great job, Thank you !!

Everyone is so nice! The temperature in the waiting room and the room I was in for my appointment was set perfectly as it was nice and snugly!
I lost a cap at breakfast. Called the office. Dr. Mendoza saw me 45 minutes after my call. He took the time to clean out two deep cavities and create and insert a perfect new cap. It just does not get any better than that in any profession.

My over all experience was far better than I expected. This is a top notch operation. From the minute I walked it to the time I paid I was in good hands. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will be going back in the future.
