My hygienist was not available due to a last minute emergency, but I had a good experience with Beth and they were able to reschedule an appointment for me within 30 minutes of my original appointment time. Thanks for a good experience!
Treatment received was efficient, thorough and effective. Staff were friendly and explained all procedures.
Arriving 5 min before my appointment, I was seated, teeth cleaned, talked to Dr and was in My car in 50 min. Thank You.
Had my first root canal (ok, 4) with Dr Kun yesterday. She was incredible. She explained everything beforehand and while she was working on me. She asked me several times if I was ok. She was gentle, kind and did an amazing job. I have zero pain today. Dr U did the composite seal/'close up' afterwards. He is a gem as well. Everyone there from dr's to assistants is so kind. They're helping me to get my smile back and teeth in good order after a pretty traumatic accident. Thank you to all of the staff at 1010.
As always, incredibly thorough and caring dental appointment. I cannot imagine anything better. Thank you! P.S. Was surprised at the price increase. I paid by credit card. Would my Medicare pay any of this? If so, I look forward to a nice check!
