Been here for about 5+ years & it has gone down the drain! The new property staff/manager is terrible. She’s barely there. Also, she told residents that we could park in “staff” parking spaces after 5pm. But, recently told the towing company that she doesn’t want anyone to park there anymore because “as soon she leaves/hits the corner we’re parking there.” So, several of us were towed this weekend with no updated communication from this evil sneaky snake. It’s a well kept historical building with modern renovations, clean amenities, & complimentary on-site laundry. Friendly office staff knowledgeable in their field and working to improve the quality of the resident experience. I wanted to come and give the property manager Leslie her flowers !! She’s wonderful she has helped me find the perfect apartment for me and even fought hard for me to get a unit she doesn’t just care for the money and that’s what made me feel comfortable within the property .
