RecommendedI have been living a 101 Via Mizner for about a year and a half. One of the most unique and impressive amenities this building has is a lifestyle director, Jennifer Paulino. She does such a wonderful job in bringing entertainment, exercise classes, happy hour events and the list goes on for all the residents to enjoy. All the events are coordinated so professionally while always keeping the positive feedback of residents in mind. Jennifer, thank you for all your dedication and making this building such social place to live.
What’s interesting is there's zero negative reviews. So am I to understand that everybody is extremely satisfied living here? That’s a first. I find that strange because there are a lot of dissatisfied tenants. At first glance the apartments look amazing until you move in and realize how poorly constructed they are. Also, they just instituted new parking rules; your guests now have to pay $5 up to 4hrs of parking via valet and/or $10 for all overnight stays.
