The residents are a diverse bunch of youngs/middles, families/singles, and the staff are very friendly and give the building some heart, keep it squeaky clean and things humming along. The roof and amenities are pretty sweet, but the real deal is the location on McCarren Park can't be beat in N. Williamsburg.
