I lived here for 3 years. Beware of all the charges the management group will place on your account (if you dont return your own spare key within 24 hours incurs $75 fee for instance) and they will not remove any of them whatsoever. its almost impossible to get anything resolved. its a shame. we moved out because management was so terrible. i highly suggest you look elsewhere for an apartment. they will steal from you and will not even bother to email you back or consider refunding a bit of the fees back once you move out. y... read more

RecommendedMy wife and I have been living here for 5 years, and we couldn’t imagine a better building. It has become our home. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are the icing on the cake. We’re so grateful we found this building to build our lives in
The building itself might be nice, but pray you never need anything from the landlords. I know NYC landlords range from poor to horrible, but these people are outright thieves. My downstairs neighbor and I both had to take them to court. These are not people you want to be dealing with. Stay away!
