This place is in an amazing location! You are so close to the movie theater, restaurants and local shops. There is always something to do. Also, the area and the apartment are extremely safe. The doors are locked at all times and you need a key fob to get into the building. So you know that there aren't strangers wandering the halls. We have only been here a couple weeks, and so far, ZERO complaints. First of all, the leasing process was extremely helpful and informative. Between signing the lease and moving in, any questions I had were answered promptly via email. The property is perfect for someone who wants to live in a high rise but with a lot of trees and walking paths right outside the door. This is a very apartment building. I am within walking distance from restaurants and shopping places. Also, my one-shot commute to work is great!
100 Forest Place has been an awesome experience thus far. The staff are so helpful and kind and will answer any questions that you have. Best of all is the beautiful city view.
I like the building beautiful location right in the center of everything.
