RecommendedI just moved here and I LOVE it. Great location, beautiful apartment, BEST VIEWS IN THE ENTIRE CHICAGO LAND AREA. Wouldn’t trade it for the world. Great community within the building and super helpful staff.

I have really enjoyed living in the 100 Forest Place complex! It is in a perfect location in Oak Park: a 7 minute walk to both the CTA "L" station and the Metra, as well as being in the heart of the downtown Oak Park area with cute shops and plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. I live in one of the town house type apartments with 2 floors. The appliances within the kitchen are up-to-date and well maintained. I moved right when the pandemic started (3/11), so I haven't had much of any other experience besides staying home. I can say that I've been comfortable so far, despite not having any furniture yet. I moved here for the location and for the community. Since the community room, gym and rooftops have been closed, I wish there was another way to meet people now.... but here we are! I am looking forward to meeting other tenants later on, and to enjoying summer life (whatever 'normal' will be like now), and SO looking forward to ... read more

I've been living here for 1-1/2 years now. I still love this place. I look forward to continuing to live in this wonderful place. The staff here are wonderful! The leasing agents are friendly and eager to assist an all matters. The maintenance staff are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable in their work. The grounds are impeccably maintained. 99% of the tenants here are friendly and respectful to the others in the community. The best decision I made was moving in here.
So far, our experience at 100 Forest Place has been fantastic. Sharon guided us through the application process when we were moving across the country. She was a massive help to us, and she continued to show us the ropes after we arrived. The townhouse is better than we anticipated, and the area is amazing. There are tons of families around, and all the grounds and parking are kept very clean. We can see ourselves living here and raising our family here for a long long time.
Super satisfied with this complex. Originally signed a 15 month lease, and recently just re-signed for a second lease. Maintenance guys are fabulous. If you have a maintenance emergency, there is a number to call and someone with help right away. Otherwise, you can schedule your maintenance. Very safe complex. I enjoy seeing all the dogs of the complex each day. Manager is fantastic.
