this place was very rude to my mother, her first time there and she was filling out paper work and the lady behind the counter was very rude, I myself have worked customer service and ask a server and never would I disrespect someone for not knowing how to answer a simple question, instead of this lady properly helping my mother she got rude and was very unhelpful! of you are going to work in customer service at least have the proper attitude! my mom asked for her money back and left I do NOT recommend this place at all due ... read more
Their big thing here is to get you to sign up for expensive packages for unlimited treatments. You have to go through these introductory evaluations and presentations and they try to sell you packages that cost thousands of dollars. As soon as they realize you’re not buying the pricey stuff, their attitude toward you changes noticeably. If you just want to go as needed and pay as you go, they act very annoyed. Absolutely love them!! Everyone goes above and beyond making sure I get just what I need out of my adjustments! Highly recommend!!
Kind and caring office staff and Dr Odum is very knowledgeable. I got excellent treatment and good results for my sciatica. It’s been months since I was in for a massage and adjustment and the pain in my sciatic nerve has only just returned.
Don’t waste your time here. The staff is rude and even the owner. They advertise these “deals” to drum up business but what they don’t tell you is how many things they make you do to even get the appointment set up. Thing such as watching pointless videos about new patients. All things that could be discussed in office. Maybe if they paid less in advertising and actually invested more in having a proper set up they wouldn’t have to over advertise on social media to gain clients.
