I moved to Anderson and joined this gym and attended it for about a year. I had to move back home (2 hours away) and they wanted to charge me a cancelation fee of $1,000 though it said in the contract that if I moved 50 miles or more away that they would waive the fee. Terrible customer service
This place is a fucking JOKE. The general manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. He doesn't care about the members, he only cares about MONEY. I cancelled my membership with Coop's well over a year ago & they are STILL taking money out of my account. I was charged $25 for a maintenance fee TODAY and I haven't stepped foot in that gym in over a YEAR. So tell me why I'm still being charged money when I FORMALLY cancelled my membership a year ago? The gym has Good equipment and everyone is always nice.
