Invest elsewhere. New management. Ridiculous rules. They just keep shoveling people in like sardines without teaching anyone proper equipment use or respect. Someone will get hurt.
I switched from fitness 19 ! Family based gym. This is whole new environment, more pro lifter style, staff is great also has a sauna which is a plus. All members and staff is truely helpful and friendly. Also the trainers do a lot of shoulder shoulder time to help you achieve your goal as desired.
I wrote a letter to the financial bank to cancel my membership and my husbands. Coops still sent $931 bill to collections. I believe my husband also has the same amount in collections from this company. Coops should be ashamed of their practices! What a joke.
Great Gym... you cant get out of the month to month membership......wish I could steal from people....ABC Financial company are crooks....just wait till you try and end your membership.....
I recently put a very negative review concerning this facility with accounts being turned over to collection agencies. I have to give credit where credit is due; Michael Cooper (owner) contacted me recently to rectify this situation. It says a lot when a companies owner will take the time out of his busy schedule to contact an individual and personally work with them in order to fix an unfortunate incident.
