Staff is friendly and everything is really clean.
It is a great place to work out. They have all the equipment and machines you will need. It is very clean . they also offer a variety of classes, all included in the membership along with tanning beds.
BEST place in the Upstate to train in! Everyone is so focused and committed to their fitness goals. I love training here! There is so much equipment and diversity. I am never limited. And there's so much knowledge circulating. This is where you go to get serious and put in work!
