I’ve been living in the building for a few months now, so i want to be fair. I’ll start with the positives.. Location is PERFECT, the price point is also fair, the management team is also commendable and seem like good people. Now the NEGATIVES.. the water and sewer company that they use is by far the largest problem, I live in a studio apartment, and have been consistently charged over $100 a month since here for my water, sewer and trash alone.. more than double what people I know in the area who are much more gracious wit... read more
Absolutely horrible customer service! Messed up on payments multiple times. Blamed mess ups on someone who was fired and didn’t take accountability for actions. No organization throughout the whole establishment. Would really think twice before applying here. It is a great location but management is absolutely horrible. I have been renting for 2 years now and never had issues like this.
Facilities are so nice and can't beat the location! Restaurants, bars, groceries and beautiful park all within walking distance. Well worth the price. Management does a great job making sure you're taken care of, as well. 5 stars
