The owner (Max) at 10 Minute is a great guy who you should definitely develop a relationship with as your go-to mechanic. Over the last several years I have had everything from simple oil changes to major repairs done by Max and he has always given me an honest estimate that was consistent with the actual work done. I have had a vehicle towed from several miles away just to get Max to do it a few years ago because I suspected unnecessary repairs were built into the recommendation. I have been coming to this shop for many many years (decades). A father and son team who took care of my mom and dad's cars and now me and my siblings. They always conduct business professionally, quickly and fair! You know they are popular because the shop is always busy. The atmosphere is easy going and they treat you very special! My family and friends will continue to trust Max and his guys with our cars!! Thanks guys!!
There's no way to give this place less than a single star. I took my vehicle in and had the serpentine belt replaced on a friday. By Sunday night, the belt came off and I had to have it towed back to them to have looked at on Monday morning. I went all day without hearing from them only to find out Monday evening that their mechanic was out sick and they couldn't bother to tell me.
