My experience with 10.3 counseling is that Zack is loving caring with a big ear. I love the idea that he does things without a prescription or medication I should say.
I have known Zach Regan many years through his work with the homeless community. I have always found him to be honest, empathetic, and positive.

Zach is an excellent counselor. I have never experienced a counselor who has walked with me, step-by-step, through my anxiety and depression associated with my past trauma. He helped me discover the roots of my problems, and we’re now working on healing from what was broken in me when I was a child. I look forward to every session with him. He is kind, caring, compassionate, empathetic, highly skilled, and REALLY CARES about my path forward. Not your typical in-and-out Counselor. Highly recommend!
Zachary is very down to earth and realistic. I love the fact he doesn’t try pushing people for medicine to solve their problems. He is honest and will bring things into a different perspective. I would recommend Zachary to everyone
