Worst pedicure ever! In and out in 15 minutes, and it showed. She hurt me cutting my cuticles, rushed through everything, gave a one-minute “massage,” barely scrubbed my feet, and then slapped on polish. A pedicure should take 40–45 minutes—not feel like a drive-thru service. Absolutely unacceptable. They also did a terrible job on my daughter’s nail design.
I had a gift certificate from Christmas that I had tried to use in July only to find they were closed for a week. Went yesterday for a pedicure and had a good experience overall with the service, it was when I woke up this morning with a throbbing, swollen and red left big toe that things went downhill. I called and told them what was going on and they told me to come in today and they would take care of it.
