Talia and TJ as well as manager Brian were very helpful!
Less than impressed with the sales department. We knew more about the car we were buying than our sales rep did. Very embarrassing for us to teach them things about the car. Then we were told a spare key would be mailed to us. When we reached out after a couple weeks, our sales rep left us with no information. Promising follow ups and never hearing back. I worked with salesman Austin to get my 2025 Jetta Se. Love the car and the service was great, i didn't feel anyone was being pushy and they let me move at my own pace in the process and were able to land me the exact spec that i want. All the staff here is very friendly. I had my old VW serviced here once or twice before and my experience with the service dept was just as positive.
Had a very pleasant experience. Austin was super helpful and extremely friendly. Everyone there made buying a new car as stress-free as possible.
