I mistakenly bought 3 vehicles from this dealer and regretted ever since the only time I can get help or assistance is when they need something . If I have an issue or need a call back it’s never returned or answered. I needed paperwork sent in a month prior for a warranty issue that I emailed directly to the finance manager Eric who said he would handle asap . Never did do any of it . Beware only going to get help if your paying them money other wise good luck. Look around before choosing this dealership
They have not looked out my vehicle for like 6 months. I need an alternator & an oxygen sensor. Warranty company got records from them reading it is my fault alternator & oxygen sensor went bad on vehicle. I called nobody got back to me
Tom Ley and his assistant Bill did an awesome job providing us a pleasant buying experience.
By far the worst experience with a finance manager ever. From having us come back three times to straight out lying about rates gives this dealership another black eye. We have an 800 plus credit score and this so called man, presented us with subprime rates starting at 6.99% when they advertised 3.99% only to be called out on it, and instead of negotiating, he began a disgustingly aggressive position by standing and saying " I guess you don't want to buy the car" .then laughing as we stood up. Horrible experience here.. Went in to look at vehicles and test drive, as my current vehicle was totaled and am in the market for a new vehicle. However am still awaiting for the insurance process to be completed, so was not looking to purchase today, was just interested in looking at vehicles to see what I might like to purchase.
