I am writing this review to say that I was not happy with Nissan of Monroeville's customer service after my car broke down. However they responded on my Google review and asked that I reach out so they could make things right. I did reach out and not only did they apologize for the poor customer service but they refunded the cost of the repair. They want an opportunity to earn my service back as I am a loyal customer. I would certainly recommend them in the future.
